DESCRIPTION
“COUNTS DOWN” is an ideal product to use with channel, dam or river water when cleaning milking machines and vats.

“COUNTS DOWN” is a highly concentrated heavy-duty liquid acid cleaner which is fast acting and effective on baked on milk stone and hard water deposits. It is low foaming and versatile, being suitable for use in all milking plants and vats as well as auto wash units where liquids are preferred

 DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Rinse plant with cold/warm water initially (5-8lts per set of cups). 

Make up “COUNTS DOWN” solution to the recommended concentration.

Dilute12mL of “COUNTS DOWN” Dairy Acid Milk Stone Cleaner per 10L of water, heat water to 65ºC, circulate for 3-5 minutes and allow to drain. Rinse plant with hot or cold water.

For use in Bulk Milk Vats: Repeat above method.

****************   ENVIRO ACID WASH   ***************

Enviro Acid Wash is a heavy-duty acid cleaner containing a blend of nitric and phosphoric acids. Enviro Acid Wash is a fast and effective acid cleaner to aid in the removal of milk stone and hard water deposits. 
Enviro Acid Wash is a heavy duty cleaner that can be used in most auto wash units, milking plants and bulk milk tanks.                    

BENIFITS: 
* Effective blend of nitric and phosphoric acid
* Concentrated dose rates
* Low foaming detergent formulation Compatible for most auto-dose applications.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 
Rinse plant with cold/warm water initially (5-8lts per set of cups).                           Make up Enviro Acid Wash solution to the recommended concentration of 20-30mls per 10lts. Circulate between 65c. to 85c. Rinse plant with hot or cold water.

For use in Bulk Milk Vats use recommended rates of 20-30mls per 10lts of        Enviro Acid Wash between 65c to 75 c. or 3 to 5 minutes.

 

*************    ENVIRO ALKALI WASH     ***************

Enviro Alkali Wash incorporates a blend of caustic soda, surfactants, sequestrates and soil suspending to quickly penetrate enabling maximise, removal of, solubises and suspended organic soiling.
Eviro Alkali Wash is a heavy duty cleaner that can be used in most auto wash units, milking plants and bulk milk tanks.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 
Rinse plant with cold/warm water initially (5-8lts per set of cups).                           Make up Enviro Alkali Wash solution to the recommended concentration of 30-50mls per 10lts. Circulate between 65c. to 85c. Rinse plant with hot or cold water

For use in Bulk Milk Vats use recommended rates of 30-50mls per 10lts of        Enviro Alkali Wash between 65c to 75 c. or 3 to 5 minutes.

***************  ENVIRO SANI-KLEEN    ***************
                           ACID DETERGENT SANITISER

 
MILKING MACHINE CLEANING

Before milking:
Flush the machine with at least 5 litres of clean, cold water per set of cups.

After Milking:  10ml/10 litre bucket per 2 sets of cups.
Use one of the cleaning regimes below:

a) Cold water rinse using 10 litres per set of cups.

b) Hot water (65ºC minimum) wash with ENVIRO SANI-KLEEN.c) Open plant to drain.b) Hot water (65ºC minimum) wash with ENVIRO SANI-KLEEN.c) Open plant to drain.

FARM VAT CLEANING:  
2ml/Litre
Clean Vat as soon as possible after milk collection for best results.
a) Flush milk residues from vat using cold water.
b) Clean, using Hot water (65ºC minimum) and ENVIRO SANI-KLEEN.c) Most vats will require 45-50 litres of cleaning solution.Manually clean sight glass, tap, elbow and valve with ENVIRO SANI-KLEEN.d) Allow to drain.

Bucket cleaning:
20ml/20 litres bucket per 2 sets of cups
a) Cold water rinse using 10 litres per set of cups.
